Austenitic wire
Austenitic wire, mainly made from stainless steel, is primarily used in medical technology. It has low electric conductivity, which presents special requirements for eddy current test systems.
DEFECTOMAT: The DEFECTOMAT product family is used for testing austenitic wire for point and transverse defects in the material.
CIRCOGRAPH: These test systems with rotating test heads reliably detect longitudinal defects in the material by scanning the surface in a helical path without making contact.
DEFECTOMINI and fine wire coil: Developed for particularly intricate test tasks from a material diameter of 0.1 mm, the DEFECTOMINI and fine wire coil reliably detect surface defects in fine wire.
